Individual Therapy
I provide therapeutic services to teens, young adults, and adults. Therapy may be appropriate for any of a number of issues.
My areas of expertise are listed below. In individual sessions, a safe working relationship can be the context in which goals can be examined and reached.

Group Therapy
Social Skills Groups - Summer Sessions!
June 22 - August 14, 2026
Foundations
Rising 10th - 12th Graders
Horizons
High School Grads - ages 18 +
Process-oriented groups for young people to practice social skills and experience belonging in a fun and supportive setting!
Topics include:

Making friends

Building confidence
-
Using technology in healthy ways

Using humor appropriately
-
Handling interactions at school, work, and home
-
Understanding personal boundaries
-
Managing social anxiety and post-interaction “second guessing”
-
Understanding social energy (introverts, extroverts, ambiverts)

Identifying social “safe zones” and learning how to expand them
Social groups are best suited to participants who are motivated to improve their social and relationship skills, and who have average or better language and cognitive skills.
